HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?

We strive to fulfill orders on the same day they are placed, although during busy periods this may not always be possible. Typically, orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding items listed as “preorder”). Once your order is packaged and sent, you will receive an email confirming its dispatch. Upon receiving notification that your order has been dispatched, it should arrive within 48 hours.

HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?

Once your order has been picked and is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification containing your package's tracking number letting you know your order is on it's way. Simply click on the tracking number to easily access our shipping partner's website and receive real-time updates.

If you encounter any difficulties tracking your order, please reach out via email, and our dedicated customer service team will promptly assist you.

DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?

Yes we do! You can select your country at checkout where you can see our international shipping rates. You will receive all the shipping information via email when you receive your dispatch email.

WILL I NEED TO PAY TAX/DUTIES?

Please note that international customs tax/charges are outside of our control and may be applicable depending on your location. If you have any inquiries regarding this matter, we recommend contacting your local customs office. Please be advised that the prices displayed on our website do not cover any additional fees that may be imposed upon the arrival of your order in your country. Please understand that we are not liable for any extra costs incurred during the delivery process.

I NEED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER

Once a dispatch email has been sent indicating that your order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to make changes before the order is shipped, please contact us immediately at help@anotherversion.co.uk. If you attempt to change the delivery address with the delivery service, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or undelivered items.

MY ORDER IS MISSING

In the event that your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us right away so that we can initiate a claim with the courier company. If we have the items in stock, we will dispatch a replacement order or issue a store credit voucher equal to the full value of your original order.

If you would prefer a full refund, please note that we can only process a refund once the claim with the courier company has been resolved and confirmed as lost. Unfortunately, this process can be quite lengthy, and we have no control over the timeline.
