HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE?
We strive to fulfil orders on the same day they are placed, although during busy periods this may not always be possible. Typically, orders are dispatched from our warehouse within 24-48 hours of being placed (excluding items listed as “preorder”). Once your order is packaged and sent, you will receive an email confirming its dispatch. Upon receiving notification that your order has been dispatched, it should arrive within 48 hours.
HOW DO I TRACK MY ORDER?
Once your order has been picked and is ready to ship, you will receive an email notification containing your package's tracking number letting you know your order is on it's way. Simply click on the tracking number to easily access our shipping partner's website and receive real-time updates.
If you encounter any difficulties tracking your order, please reach out via email, and our dedicated customer service team will promptly assist you.
DO YOU SHIP WORLDWIDE?
At the moment, we don’t ship worldwide just yet, but we’re actively working with our warehouse to make this possible soon. We’ll keep you updated as soon as international shipping becomes available.
I NEED TO CHANGE THE ADDRESS ON MY ORDER
Once a dispatch email has been sent indicating that your order is on its way, we are unable to change the delivery address. If you need to make changes before the order is shipped, please contact us immediately at help@anotherversion.co.uk. If you attempt to change the delivery address with the delivery service, please note that we cannot be held responsible for any loss or undelivered items.
MY ORDER IS MISSING
In the event that your order shows as delivered but you haven't received it, please contact us right away so that we can initiate a claim with the courier company. If we have the items in stock, we will dispatch a replacement order or issue a store credit voucher equal to the full value of your original order.
If you would prefer a full refund, please note that we can only process a refund once the claim with the courier company has been resolved and confirmed as lost. Unfortunately, this process can be quite lengthy, and we have no control over the timeline.
