We hope you love your pieces from ANOTHER VERSION but if for any reason you're not completely satisfied, you can return your items for a refund or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order.

RETURNS POLICY

If you're not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we're here to help. You have the flexibility to return items for a full refund or exchange within 30 days of purchase, except for those marked as "FINAL SALE."

Before initiating the returns process, we ask that you carefully review the eligibility requirements outlined below:

ELIGIBLITY REQUIREMENTS
  • All returns or exchanges must be shipped back to our warehouse within 30 days of purchase. If returned after this period, a store credit voucher will be issued automatically.
  • The items must be returned in their original packaging with all tags attached and must not have been worn, washed, or altered in any way.
  • They must be in a sellable condition free from any marks or stains.

Regrettably, any items that do not meet these requirements will be returned to the sender, and a refund or exchange will be declined.

FAQ's
HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

Your refund will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We kindly ask for your understanding that our customer service team will not be able to provide you with an update until 14 days have passed.

WILL I BE CHARGED FOR MAKING A RETURN?

We do not charge our customers for returns. However, customers are responsible for the cost of postage to send the unwanted item back to us.

CAN I EXCHANGE MY ITEM?

If you have a UK address, yes. You can request an exchange via our returns portal and follow the steps to complete your request.
If you live outside of the UK and you would like to change your item, you will be required to process a new order and create a return for the original order.

I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY THE SAME?

Our returns policy is the same for all customers, however, we do not offer exchanges for international purchases. If you are an international customer and wish to change your item for a different size, you will be required to initiate a separate order and return the unwanted item(s).

Please note- we do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees.
