RETURNS POLICY

If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return or exchange items that meet our eligibility requirements below

ELIGIBLITY REQUIREMENTS
  • A return/exchange must be sent back to our warehouse within 14 days of delivery. If sent back after this time, a store credit voucher will automatically be issued.
  • Items must be sent back in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Items must not have been worn, washed or altered in any way and must be in a sell-able condition free from marks/stains.

Unfortunately, any items that do not meet the requirements above will be sent back to the sender and a refund/exchange will be rejected.

FAQ's

- HOW LING WILL IT TAKE TO RECEIVE MY REFUND?

The refund, store credit, or exchange will be processed within 14 business days from the date of the returned package. We can only process a refund back to the original payment method and we do not refund any shipping fees.

- I AM AN INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMER. IS YOUR RETURNS POLICY THE SAME?

Our returns policy is the same for all customers. We happily accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags and liners attached for a refund back to the original payment method for theitemreturned. We do not offer exchanges for international purchases. Please note- we do not refund back shipping, taxes, or duties and we do not cover the return postage fees.

- DO YOU OFFER RETURN LABELS?

Unfortunately not. Customers are responsible for the cost of returns & we advise sending back to us using a tracked service. We are not responsible for lost packages. Please note your return will not be processed if it is not received back to our warehouse for any reason. We are able to issue store credit for lost packages, but only if proof of postage is provided.

- CAN I RETURN SALE ITEMS/DISCOUNTED ITEMS?

Unfortunately we cannot accept return/exchnage requests for items marked as "FINAL SALE". If you are unsure whether you can return an item, please contact our customer service team
